media.ccc.de's API is now at
media.ccc.deinstead ofapi.media.ccc.de. I also made Checkstyle happy for the media.ccc.de extractor (though not for the tests, I'll do that in the actual Checkstyle PR soon).Not sure why on some streams it's still returning
api.media.ccc.deURLs for the uploader though.
